Yeah they back spacing is different by an inch or so. It allows you to run up 35's tires without rubbing. They will stick out a little thats whay Power wagons have flares.
I run the h2's rim which have a very simular backspacing. Ofcourse I step up from the 265's to 295's. But I felt the truck cornered alot better when flying down the highway. You dont get that tippy feeling

You should see it now that I pulled the cap off. Man! I need to take some pictures.....
I like them because they are different but one of the advantages are that they have a sort of beadlock incorporated into the design of the rim which supposedly helps keep the tires from popping off the rim when you are offroading. Just looking at them though, I cannot see any difference in that.

The Power Wagon wheels off an 06 are the same size and backspacing as the Dodge 2500/3500 OEM wheels. I have had a set on mine for 3 years. A little different and I like them.

You just have to keep your eyes open. I found mine on Craigslist. The guy's friend gave them to him and he only wanted the tires for his son's F150. I won't even tell you what I paid for the rims and they were like brand new. Funny thing is that they were on Craigslist forever and I didn't even own a truck yet but I made him an offer and he begged me to come take them. I obliged...

I got lucky on mine. A friend of mine was managing a local 4wheelparts store. I had told him that I was thinking of going from 315s to 285s for the track.
He called a few days after that and said he had a new Power Wagon in the shop getting lift, wheels and 35s and the truck had only 8k on the od. He said the owner had asked if he new where he could sell the stock wheels and tires. He wanted to know if I was interested
I said sure I'll pay up to $700. He said he already negotiated price of $550 for used tires and OEM wheels. I said I'll stop buy shortly.
Did not know until I picked them up that it included the new spare and wheel also.

well i hope i find a good deal like that before winter. i have the stockers that came with my truck, but i wanted the power wagon rims instead.
looking at going to a 35 on them. i have 35 toyo's on 18 welds, they rub the control arms a bit at full lock steering, but the off set is just right where i have no lift right now(a 5" on its way)
and they just stick out a wee bit, so i wanted to put my fender flares on the truck, and the stock rims tend to look gross to me with fender flares .
i could buy aftermarket rims for the winter, but i really like the look of the polished stock rims.

BigDave says the offset is a little different, what you think Zilla? (You can be the deciding vote!)

Well, judging by how the wheels sit in the wheelwell, and also having had Hummer rims before, I think Big Dave may be incorrect. My wheels do not stick out at all and no fender flares are needed. I think they just put the flares on the PowerWagon for when you go off-roading. I checked another site and could not find the exact specs on the rims but it looks like they are 17" x 8" w/ a 6" backspacing. I don't remember what the BS is on the standard alloy rims.
Hummer rims definitely are wider and have less backspacing so your wheels will stick out of the wells.
I have to agree w/ Ramwheelsx4 that they are the same width and BS as the stock alloys..
I have a new pic of my truck waiting for approval....

At one point I had the Power Wagon wheels on the truck and 4 sets of 2500/3500 OEM wheels in the garage. Two different alloy sets and two chrome clad steel sets. They all measured a little over 6" BS and +42mm Offset.
FYI the alloys weigh around 26lbs each and the chrome clad steel weigh around 42lbs each.
