I looked at them very closely. They are identical to Bushwacker Street Flares. They install the same way. They will rub paint off where the rubber trim edge just lays against the fender. About three months ago the parts department did not have a seperate Part # to order them with. Parts manager said that all the inventory was probably on vehicles. He said it could be a long time before they were available even after he can identify a part number.

Interesting thing happened to me. I looked at Bushwacker and ATS. Didn't go the Bushwacker road because I read all the "rubs off the paint" comments, really liked the ATS fenders and heard good things about them. Went to my local ATS dealer who was extremely unhelpful. Then I decided to just order whatever my dealer could get figuring they'd be a MOPAR fender. Yesterday I went to pick them up (two weeks to paint) and they are ATS Fenders!
Go figure. Installing them this weekend. Removed my MOPAR mudflaps and Cummins Badges from front fenders last night. Removing the badges is a real joy.

Wow they look good. Nice wheels. First truck I actually got to see with those Hummer wheels on. Now it looks like that's going to cost me some more money. Thanks a lot.

I put the ATS's on and thought I made the right decision. Glad I read about the rubbings. Wish I read about the stinkin mopar flaps I put on my other truck. Talk about rubbing.

Mopar flaps won't work with the ATS flares.
Look around price range is $399 and up.

No the molded one's will not work with the flares. AND, I recommend anyone wanting flaps go with the flat flaps. You could try 3m adhesive around the flap, but I think it will still cause problems. My other truck had a nice silver lining (truck was white). When I was trading it, I was going to keep the flaps and put on the CTD. NOT! Put them back on, all 4 corners were like that.
As for the flares delivered to the steps for 400 painted. Paint matched perfect too. Took me about 1 hour to put them on. I made sure I prep the surface good.

FREE MOPAR FLAPS!
I had to remove mine to install my ATS flares. Front ones are ground down pretty good on the inside where you don't notice but cosmetically they look fine. Check my pics and you kind kind of see how they look.
My BFG 315's rubbed them pretty good when I gave the wheel a good crank.
Let me know if anyone wants a freebie or I'm gonna toss 'em!!

I need to correct myself. This guy on TDR made his Mopar flaps work with his flares.
Click on his rigs gallery.

My flares are Xenon, heard they were one of the best? , I was told that most dealers use these, I know most trucks I looked at had these, kinda spendy but they fit and look good. I have the big wide SS flaps with the rubber about 3" up the bottom, they hang down and are wide enough to do a good job @12". I think they are made by Putco.
