Pic's of new BOD Control Arms and 35" Toyo M/T's installed

I just finished installing my new (1" longer than stock) Black Ops Diesel Control Arms and Toyo M/T's, and thought I'd share some pictures with y'all. With the new Control Arms clearance is no longer an issue, and the ride seems to be noticeably better too.

Looks great Brian! The MTs really help set it off compared to the ATs.

Control arms look awesome too. Thanks...something else to add to my never ending list...

Looks outstanding!

I've seen alot of fab shops selling 1/2" longer than stock arms. Did you have any steering linkage issues with the 1" ones? Just curious...

Sharp truck!

Thanks... I got them from Mud Flaps by Pro Flaps I trimmed the fronts and built the brackets to fit the fender flares.

Thanks.... No steering or clearance issues.. I've twisted it up to the point tires were off the ground to check for clearance and binding, and had none.. In my opinion 1" is the perfect length for 3-5" of lift. The coils are perfectly straight
and the wheels are perfectly centered in the wheel wells. The factory control arms are actually about 1/4 short at stock height and only becomes compounded when additional height is added.. 1/2" would work just fine, but the added 1/2 makes it perfect for my application with 3.5"-4" of lift..

Is it just leveled?
I put 5/8" longer arms on mine, had problems with the control track bar bracket hitting my coil bucket on the driver's side, I'd think with 1" longer arms youre would be worse.
Did you confirm yours were 1" longer than stock? I know another guy ordered his 1" longer, they were only about 5/8" longer when he measured them.

Those mud flaps look a lot like Dura Flaps.

Looking GOOD !!!

You will love the BOD arms, I love mine.

Like Fisherguy was saying, when you order 1" longer, sometimes you get 5/8" instead, that's what they did when I ordered mine. I was ticked about it to say the least, but after them taking over a month to finally get them to me I just decided to use them rather than sending them back.

I have the same style you do, non-adjustable. Their adjustables seem to have interference problems with the coil bucket, many have commented about the interference.

Is this truck just leveled out? I ordered 1" over for my truck. My new tires were rubbing bad enough were I don't think 1/2" would have fixed the issue.

See post 8.

1" longer than stock is not a good idea unless you have more than 3" of lift, I had problems at 5/8" longer than stock:

Sounds like I will probably be grinding the parts unless the BOD arms are actually 5/8" over stock like everyone else is saying.

I've gone from 2" spacers to 3" Thuren springs since then and I haven't heard or felt anything since.
I also had to remove that plastic valance thing that hangs down under the bumper, my tires were hitting it, gone to different tires & wheels since too.
