New 600 emissions is 50 state legal?
It may be a stupid question but I assume that if this is correct, all these new trucks have the same hardware?

Yes, thay are the same, with the exception of the CA emissions sticker you have to order from DC at no cost. Only CA border states can order this and you need it if you plan to register your 600 in CA within its first 7500 miles.
