I noticed last night that both of my rear reverse lights are not working .....I checked the 15 amp fuse under the hood & that is fine. I also looked at both reverse bulbs and they appear to be just fine as well. So then I crawled under the truck to check for any loose wires and all the wiring harness appears to be in good condition. So does anyone have any additional suggestions??

Is there an "in line" fuse somewhere or an additional place to check my connections?

have you actually changed the bulb to see if that works. it may not look it but actually be bad. and for the cost of bulbs what will it hurt.

 

My reverse light switch went out. Dealer fixed it. That was about 30K miles ago. No problems since.

 

I lost one of mine a few weeks ago. And got the "Lamp Out" light.

Did some searching around on here and found that the contacts had been melted into the clip. Replaced the lights and got a couple spares and everything is good.
