Mickey Thompson wheels

Anyone on here running the 17x9 Mickey Thompson Classic Lock wheels? They are said to have a 4 1/2 inch backspacing and I was wondering if they would fit nicely under an '06 with 295/70/17 on them. I don't mind the tires protruding out the side of the truck a little, as I will be running fender flares. However, I would like to keep the wheels inside further than some I have seen. Anyone got pics of this similar setup? I shouldn't have any rubbing issues with this setup and the 2 inch leveling kit I am currently running, will I? I know this question gets asked a lot, and I've done some searching but not seeing much about 4.5 backspacing. Thanks everyone!

the 17x9 M/T Classic (in 8-lug version), has a backspace of 5". I have heard bad comments on corrosion of the polished finish on this wheel/center though. Try looking at a set of Eagle Series 186 wheels.. same exact look/backspace, but much cheaper! I have a set ordered (supposed to be here today for my 35's!) :D .. cost $450 shipped w/centers, lugs, and valve stems on Ebay. They have a finish called "superfinish" which produces a brighter looking wheel that supposedly needs polished less.. check out the user gallery of member hump.

Sorry I did not see you were looking for the M/T Classic LOCK instead of the Classic.. anyways, the Eagle Alloys 186 looks the same, but w/o the simulated beadlock

17x9 with 5" backspacing is going to stick out nearly 2". I'd pass on that wheel.

M/T Wheels are crap!! Just ask me how I know. Do your self a favor, save a little more cash and get something that will last! I wish I had!

Thanks, sounds like M/T's are not the way to go.
