Megacabs at dealers next month???
I THINK that's what this article says....

And from that picture I'm glad I got a quad cab. That thing just looks dorky.

Yeah - I've seen a couple of pics of the interiors - I think they look cool on the inside, but the outside.... Well, I do live in the 'Show-Me' state now, so I guess I'll have to wait and see what they look like in person....
The 3500's are only built in Mexico, the article just overlooked it. I have two of them due to be built the 29th of this month, so they should show by about the 15th-30th of september. I think they look good, I love the new 06' interior. Everybody complains when something new comes out. I remember all the when the 3rd gen's hit and how ugly they were, funny how people change their minds after a year or so.
Good article, thanks.
I wonder what those 2100 workers make an hour? 26.3 hrs to build a truck in Mexico and 19.8 in the USA yet they still opted to build an even bigger truck there.
There must be one heck of a profit margin on trucks made there.
I'm also surprised at the sales figures, Ram down 4.3% and F150 up 5%. I see a ton of Dodge trucks anymore and hardly any F150's. I have to admit I looked at an F150 before deciding on a Ram and it's seats were hard as bleachers. I assumed sales of that truck were way off as Ford made such a big deal of redesigning their flagship model and you don't see that many on the road.
