Low Voltage on pin #15 from the cluster.
Background - Noted at the dealer that the vanity lights and reading lights didn't work, or at least worked intermittently - figured I just hadn't learned all the interior lighting quirks. Then two weeks ago, used the key fob to unlock the doors - they unlocked and headlights flashed. Opened door and NO interior lights, cluster lights, etc. Found Fuse #35 blown, replaced it and all the lights started working, including the vanity and reading lights. A few days later, same scenario - remote unlock the doors w/ headlight flash and no cluster lights, vanity, etc. Replaced fuse again and this time cluster lights all good but vanity and reading lights out. Saw another similar thread about wires being pinched at the visor - sure enough, driver side wire looked like it had shorted. Fixed wire but no improvement. So, download the wiring diagram, pulled 'A' pillar cover, opened C201 which is supply and return to all the overhead cab wiring. Everything checks good (grounds, voltages, etc.) except wire coming from pin 15 in C3 on the cluster - it show just 4.4 volts. Looks like pulling the cluster electrical connectors is a pain in the rear. BTW - all the lights work fine in 'Courtesy' mode so it was pretty straight forward to isolate the offending circuit (M288). Also did the disconnect the battery trick for 30 minutes w/o any change in condition.
So, question is - can Dodge dealer diagnose/re-flash Cluster or should I just bypass cluster w/ a 12 volt hot wire to the overhead harness?
