loud creaking/metal rubbing sound coming from steering componenets

When I turn the wheel I get this loud sound like some metal is creaking or rubbing against other metal bits. It is not happening at full lock...only in between. I thought the sound was coming from the tie rod end at the pitman arm because the seal was broken and all the grease was coming out. I had it replaced at the same time that I had my ball joints, u-joints, and hubs replaced. Well, I still have the noise. I got under there and checked the rod end they replaced...it is a new piece but the grease is coming out of the seal again. The seal is not broken though.

What would you guys look at? I cannot seem to narrow it down. It's really annoying. Thanks.

Can you put the front end on jack stands & have someone turn the wheel while you inspect it? May be the best way to see & hear where the noise is coming from

Ended up being the track bar drop bracket not being tight enough in it's spot. It would move a bit when I turned the wheel. Got under there and really torqued the bolts down...got a lot better. I'm going to weld it in when I get a chance.

Just an update in case anyone read this thread.
