looking for pics of spray liner body panels

ok guys I am looking for some pics of various body panels that you guys have sprayed Linex or other liners on. Rockers bumpers entire body anything ya got. Im considering doing something on both bumpers my rockers and maybe my fender flares.

Look at MedicShawn's picture gallery - there's a couple of other ones out here as well. Try doing a search for spray liner rocker panels or something like that.

I have plenty of pics in my gallery.

Did this on my '98 between the fender flares and behind the rear fender flare wrapped around to just behind the bumper - not a real good pic for showing this, but ya' are anyway - nerf bars are sprayed also:

looking goos so far guys. I think Im goin to do it this summer. After all I can spray it myself so its pretty much free.

Question, this looks great now, but how good will it look 5 years from now. I know the bed liners I have sprayed before, have faded to a dull grey 3-5 years after they were put in.

Im not talking about a do it yourself type bedliner. Im talking a polyurea or hybrid material. i own both high and low pressure plural component spray equipment. Most high quality Plural component materials have some UV capability and can always be recoated if needed in the future.

Line-X now has a product that is guaranteed for life to retain it's shine. I think it is a little pricey, but might be worth it.

For me Its not about Brand. I can spray any type of material they can. I have acces to a braad range of materials most of which are far too high end for bedliner usage. I was wondering how good it was goin to look.

What does something like this cost, I just got my truck a few days ago and want it done to mine. The dealer is covering the cost of the bed but I may add the rockers.

a bed around here is approx $500 at linex full retail Can$. Rockers should be $2-300 ish at the most.

Bikinaz 02-26-2007 10:36 AM

Most evetbody around here want $750 for Line-x and $900 for Line-x Extra. They say the prep work around the doors is the reason for the high price. I did find a guy who said he would do Speedliner for $125. I decide to decline that offer. I'm afraid what that might look like.

JohnInNH 02-26-2007 12:46 PM

My Line-X dealer would not do it as rust creeps under it. Some pics here floating around showing this issue.
