License plate light wire harness

I have an 04.5 2500 4x4. I bought used last november. I just found out that my tag lights dont work, mainly because thay are not there [whistle] . The wiring harness was cut off from the bumper. I have a temp fix using the LED lights for you wipers, I think.
Does anyone know of a place I can get the plug part of the harness, I have the light and the holder that snaps into the bumper. Dodge wants me to buy the entire harness to the main junction $300+, the parts stores cant seem to understand or care to find what I am looking for and the salvages in the area do not have Dodge trucks within my model range.
If there is a place on the web that can help me out, I would greatly appreciate it.

Karl,Do You need the plugs from the truck side for the light socket's themselves?Rob.PM me.
