? for LEER 100XQ or Century Royal cap owners

I'm looking to buy a cap for my truck. It's down to the XQ and the Century Royal. My concern is will the truck still fit in my garage, which has a 7 ft door.

Can someone tell me the actual height of the cap at the rear, or the highest point?

It appears from pictures I've seen that the rear of the XQ is lower than the front. Is that right?

Also in pictures it looks like the century is taller at the rear?

Any info would be appreciated.

My Leer 100XL slopes ever so slightly toward the cab.I know you asked about the XQ though for a short box.Just a warning about Leers,I have side slider windows on mine and they leak LOTS! in a wet climate.I had one side replaced and it leaks worse, the front slider leaks and water comes in the lower corners of the back flap too.If you do a search on here you will find others with the same problem.Good Luck.

You mean the front is taller than the rear?

Do you have any pictures?

My 100XQ does slope just a bit at the rear (lower). I don't have any leak issues though. I think you'll be ok with the height as well, 'cause the Leer is cab height at its highest point.

The only issue with the XQ is that it is about 3/4" short for the bed. I don't know if I have a pic, I'll check.

Sorry,I should have been more specific. The canopy slopes downward toward the front of the truck, only slightly ,maybe 1-1.5" over the total lenght of the canopy, just a visual estimate ,and the top of the cab and the top of the canopy are the same height off the ground where they meet.It also has the Thule tracker quick release roof rack, the roof rack tracks are metal alloy too, maybe a different window type would not leak.Just a bit dissapointing when you think your getting whats supposed to be a top end model. It cost $3200 Can. tax incl.2 yrs ago.
