Installed he same thing last year................. Installation is straight forward, almost exactly the same as the factory. For the headrests, place a plastic bag over the foam, wrap the loose end of the bag around a shopvac hose and turn it on. When the foam is compressed down, install the headrest cover and turn off vac.
I've been looking at the exact same auction. Let us know how the install goes, with pictures if you can, I'd appreciate it. I've also been thinking I'd add seat heaters at the same time.
A little trick that I use when getting out of the truck is touch something metal as you get out. I hate getting shocked! If you ground yourself first you don't get shocked. You have to touch the metal till you step all the way out.

Install was relatively simple, although time consuming. Be gentle with the headrests. They can be a real handful, very tight fitting.
The console lid is touchy too. Be very careful prying the clips loose. Use a small flat putty knife to slide up under the plastic inside the lid and pop the clips loose. They snap off easily, so be gentle and patient.
Good Luck
Mike
