Lamp Out light in dash

My truck recently has a lamp or light out indicator in the dash but its not on all the time. I come and goes when I am driving, plus there is a chime thats driving me crazy. Does anybody know how to tell which light or lamp is out? Or how to make this stop? thanks

My 03 model did the same thing- drove me crazy for about a week. Turns out that after checking every bulb serveral times, I finally found one that the element wire was broken inside. When my truck was parked or sitting still, the little wire was touching inside the bulb and would work. Once I started driving, the wire would shake/vibrate around and momentarily disconnect itself which would set off my lamp out and make the chime noise. Check each bulb very close. Hope this helps, that chime sucks!

I was having the same problem with the "Lamp Out" light & the "annoying elevator" chime, for 3 weeks, whenever I went over bumps, etc.

All my lights were working, so it drove me nuts (didn't have far to go ) until upon closer inspection, I found the pass. side bulb almost out of the housing. I tried to put it back in at our yard in Emma, IN but couldn't get the retaining ring in place, but it hasn't triggered the indicator since.

I'll work on it this weekend.
