04.5 front end click/pop

Good day,

I have an issue with my front end. I took it to a guy I've used for a while, and he replaced bushings and end-links on the sway bar. That helped the control and steering wander. I still had the "knock-click" and he sent me to another guy to look at it, then this guy sent me back to get the bolts looked at...I was at the mechanics and he could move the upper control arm nuts with a hand wrench... I took it to Point-S and they said its all tight and torqued...not true. I just witnessed loose nuts. So today point-S says they cannot do any more... I do not trust them and it is a deadly event if control arms come loose...

What I found but need someone to do the work:
2004.5 2500 diesel

PS: has anyone experienced front-end coil springs popping or had a need to replace them?

No. Usually, dealers see dollars before they see solutions///\\\

The issues are now resolved. I found an alignment shop that did the job correctly.

Thank you,
