I installed the "upgraded" T-link steering last year--bad already... (what next?)
My 2005 gets about 30K miles put on her each year. Two years ago when I had her inspected the steering failed for sloppiness. I proceeded to install the 2008+ "upgraded" T-link kit from the dealer. It passed inspection. The next year it failed again, the drag link was sloppy, so the dealer warranty'd the parts. Now this year it has failed again, the drag link again. Am I receiving inferior parts? Is there a better "upgrade"? This truck is not abused and only has 35" tires on it.
Who has some good suggestions?

I put the 2008+ upgrade on my truck about 7 years ago and it was a dramatic improvement. Its been solid ever since. I also upgraded the box with the new Mopar one and wow, don't have a complaint on front end no more. Nice and tight! Not sure what is causing your problems, but you shouldn't be experiencing any of that. I doubt the lift kit you have would cause that too....
