my truck didnt come with an overhead console, and was wondering if its possible to install in my truck, aybody done this before or know if it will work and fit properly? my truck is a 2004.5 3500 QC

Start by pulling your headliner down and see if the bracket and plugs are already there or not. If they are you should just have to cut a hole in the liner, plug it in, and bolt it down.

 

I dont think you will have the bracket because the head liner is conformed around it but hopefully you will have the harness but if you don't let me know me and my friend just got done stripping his truck he totaled to put some parts on his new cab he purchased and these were left over parts(console, wiring and bracket).
