bulbs or not?

Went to change a few burnt out cluster bulbs and took a look at the passeger seat heat switch. Took it apart and found a tiny bulb in a kind of case on the circuit board. Didn't go any further for fear of wrecking the switch,so put it back together. Is that a replaceable bulb or do you have to buy the whole switch? My rear sliding window switch also doesn't light up either so thinking it is the same way.
Appreciate any help. Thanks.

I can't believe nobody has taken the seat heat and heater control panel switches apart to see if there are replacement bulbs or not.
Sure wish I still had my old 98 12v. Never had to replace an interior or dash bulb in 16yrs. New and improved isn't all it's cracked up to be.
