;DI recieved my 2003 HO2500 3.73 limited slip, 48RE, loaded rig today! This baby has a lot more umph than the SO-CTD-47RE! I am glad that I waited and was patient! The wait I did not like! I ordered this 12/16/02 and took delivery today! There is no comparison to the SO-CTD. The HO-CTD-48RE is worth the wait! This baby has power to spare! This is the first HO-CTD-48RE in Utah! I will be towing a Toy Hauler and motorcycles on the weekend. ;D

You guys really need to find different dealers who have more allocations from DC for orders. I just recieved a couple of new 3500 CTD's that took less than 4weeks from order to door step. 8)

ramN,<br>Congrats on the new rig and enjoy. As far as the wait time, you were very fortunate. It seems like the more recent orders are not taking as long as the 12 weeks mine took. As far as to the allocation reply by Luke S, mine went to &quot;D&quot; status (dealer has allocation) right away but still took 12 weeks to make it to the dealer.Ordered 10/14/02 and arrived at dealer 1/07/03. 12 weeks was a lot better than the 6 months my 01.5 took. ;D

Got mine this monday. One of the first in Oregon. Got it with the 4.10 anti-spin rear end. Same tranny as yours, 48RE. I will be towing a heavy 5th wheel trailer with this truck [3500 SLT QuadCab 4X4]. Awesome machine -- 555 lb/ft torque at 1,400 rpm and max HP [only 305] at 2,900. Big improvement over my previous Ford 460 w/Banks PowerPack.

PS -- Ordered 12/16/2002 &amp; truck received 01/27/2003.
