High-jacking/suspension questions

Hey guys. Here's some back story...

In the summer I had roughly $1300 in work done to my 2004 3500 dually's suspension. Shocks all way around, new steering linkage, bushings, tie rods, etc. It rode great for awhile. Now it's just BANG-BANG-CLUNK-BANG-BANG-RATTLE all the way down the road again. I am assuming new/stiffer components loosened some others so I am back to square one again.

What I am planning is using my father's garage to get this thing off the ground and basically gut what I can and redo it. But I want to pick your brains first.

1. What are some of the more common issues you guys come across as to why your ride blows? Please keep in mind the repairs I already have had done. I am getting what sounds like spring binding up front and I know the leafs in the back are spring boarding me around. Do I need stiffer shocks so the springs aren't doing the majority of the cushioning work?

2. What are your suggested methods to get this truck roughly 3 feet off the ground? I do very physical work, so by consequence my back isn't the best so I like to get my vehicles off the ground some. I have basic ideas of how to get it up there but I want to hear from you guys.

3. Suggestions on extended reach floor jacks, and tall jack stands? I've been shopping around but I can't find squat, seems I may just have to go to Lowe's and get me some 8x8 and saw it up.

4. Any suggestions for suspension parts? I want a smooth ride but not change to load capacity. Not unwilling to go with load bags. Looking to also level it out to get some 35's underneath every corner.

5. Any experiences with full air ride? Any suggestions on air ride kits? I know it's expensive but I'm open to pretty much any suggestion. I love my truck, I just want to love the ride too.

Thanks in advance guys!

Can't help you much in regard to the majority of your questions other than to tell you the obvious and that is to check for loose hardware and worn rubbers.

As for the air suspension, suggest that you take a look at https://kelderman.com/specialty/lift-kits/ Tell them Stan from Mexico sent you.
