I was putting in an aftermarket radio because the stock radio quit working. Well when i hooked up the new wiring harness to the new radio a couple of wires touched and there was a spark. Then when i tried to start the trucl. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. No lights on the dash no headlights or anything. Need help asap. Could i have fried my ECM?? 2006 dodge with the 5.9 cummins.

I doubt the ecm is fried, have you checked all the fuses under the hood.

I checked the ones i thought it could be in the fuse box. And i checked some that were under the hood but not inside the fuse box. One was blown and i replaced it. Turned key to start position and still nothing but when i tried to turn it over all the dash lights came on and it started up no problems. Except it read "no fuse" on the odometer. Well i turned it off then tried to start it again and back to nothing again
