Hazards won't turn off.

Hazards won't turn off.
good afternoon I have a 2005 Dodge Cummins turbo diesel high output 5.9 L 2500 4x4.
The hazard lights will not turn off unless I tape the switch down with gorilla tape. I need somebody to tell me what fuse controls the hazard lights on a dodge Cummins turbo diesel.
i've been all through the truck looking for a second fuse panel, besides the fuse box under the hood.I've also looked and read the owners manual it doesn't seem like there's any fuse that controls the hazards at all which is odd, but unless I tape the switch down I can't get the lights to turn off now.
I would rather not have to tape the switch down above the steering console so if there's a fuse please let me know.

There isn't a specific fuse for it, the FCM controls it.
I would pull the cover off behind the steering wheel and disconnect it. It's pretty straight forward, a couple of torx screws on the bottom will release it. If I remember right, getting the top off isn't hard.

Thanks I looked everywhere for a fuse. I will try to replace it or disconnect it asap.
I still can't believe there is no fuse for it. I have never seen a vehicle without a flasher fuse before.
