I just called cause I need bj's asap and they said they are still in engineering which will take another 60-90 days. I will be ordering the kit from quad 4x4 which is cheaper than buying them from rock auto. Thanks for the info thuren.

i also called today 10-02-07, they said 90-120 days so it looks like they're just stringing people along and don't really know when they might be ready.

I got my Moog greasables from O'Riley's with a lifetime warranty.
In my opinion they are the best. Just my .02.

You guys might want to hold on a little longer. There are new super trick upper ball joints going through testing right now. They have about double the surface area and are a high tech material.
They have been getting a severe pounding on multiple rigs runnng off road as well as highway miles.37" tires are capable of stressing suspension and steering products in a hurry.
I hear they may be released by the first of the year.Thats the news for now

Those could be interesting... I am gonna have to eventually replace my factory ball joints, and would gladly pay extra for something that is guaranteed to work for a long amount of time.

Everybody keeps saying that they have good luck with moog joints, but I've got one in my truck thats got 25000 miles on it and it feels worse than the stocker I replaced. It has been greased at least 4 times in 25000 miles.

I replaced mine maybe 20k miles ago, but I'd be willing to do it again for something bulletproof. The ones from quad 4x4 are holding up so far, but they arent greasable. I didnt think to ask xrf if theirs would be greasable or not. Anyone know?

The reply I got was:

" At the present time we don't have anything listed for your truck. You might want to touch base periodically to check on the availability as we are adding new numbers all the time."

But I've bookmarked them for the future.

Just called today and they said 60-90 days. Sure sounds like the same answer people got several months ago.
