Front Hitch, will it fit with......

I have a 2003 3500 with the "Sport" package. I want to install a front hitch, will it fit without damaging my bumper and I also have the DSS steering stabilizer?

Does anyone of pics of a similar setup?

Thanks.

I have the Curt front hitch on mine (not sport) and did not have to remove or cut the front air dam. Fits like a glove.

mine is a ramsey brand (ramsey winch) which bolts right up. no drilling the frame, etc. mine will be for sale in the classifieds section in a couple of weeks-i have a front bumper coming.

On my 2006, the hitch fit without having to remove or modify the plastic air dam. I don't know if you have tow hooks on your 2003 because you can buy a front hitch that bolts onto the tow hooks. Personaly I did not like the look, but on the other hand you do not loose any ground clearance.

I just installed a Curt front mounted hitch. Instead of drilling a 1-1/8" hole like they suggested on the underside of the frame. I drilled a 1/2" hole and found a large hole on the frame behind the wheel to fish the bolt up to the hole using a couple coat hangars. Saved me from drilling that huge hole in the frame and possibly weakening it.
