Finally put on the rear seat covers...
 

Man, did I work up a sweat putting those things on. For a while I thought maybe I got the wrong size. I got them for this past XMAS but hadn't put them on until now.

They do look nice though, a perfect fit.

Now I can toss stuff into the back without worrying about the leather seats.

That's why you don't get leather seats in a truck! :D

I wanted heated seats and they only come in leather.

I don't care if people see them or not but it won't hurt the resale/trade-in when I take off the covers and they look brand new!

Don't forge to condition the leather every once in a while, even with the covers.

what kind of covers did you get? I'm looking for the same thing at a reasonable price. Having a baby soon and don't want it to spit up on my nice pleather seats.

I got the standard Mopar covers for my Ram, color matched of course.

Yeah, I should have put some conditioner on the seats before I put them on. I'll do it in a few months after they stretch out a bit and are easier to put back on.

I've had them on the front for 10 months now, they fit perfect all around.

Great protection too. Very good/tough material.

Call your dealer to order them, the Mopar covers fit like a glove. That's why they're not easy to install I guess.

hmmm, Mopar covers ? Do that replace your leather seats or install over them? Anyone got a link handy for these things ?

They install over them.

Like I said, they fit like a glove but it ain't easy getting them on the rear seat backs. My arms are killing me from having to squeeze them behind the backs to clip them together. The rear seat bottoms go on easy as do the front seat covers. They give you one for the front console and all 4 head rests too.

They come with install and care instructions so if you buy the covers hang onto the instructions. Before you install them you have to soak them in water with a little salt to keep the color from running if the ever get wet in the future.

After that you can wash them all you want.

Don't have a link but just call your dealer. They may have to order them.

Good strong material. Worth every penny IMO.

P.S. The trick to getting them on the rear seat backs is attach all the buckles BEFORE pulling them over the top of the seat back. Without that extra slack you'd never get them on. After you buckle them it's no sweat pulling them over the tops.

I have the Mopar covers also, and love em. Ditto on the sweating and aching arms with the rear installation.

Did you get a seat and console cover for the center/front? I use the seat cover ON the console because I only have the seat cover for the center.

Yeah I only got one cover for the center console which is supposed to go on the console seat bottom I believe but I always have the console "seat back" folded down and use it as an arm rest, so I use the cover over that instead.

It fits perfect there anyway and protects it from arm rest use day after day.

They look great, can't get over how well they fit.
