Exhaust Clamps

What is the torque of the exhaust clamps on my truck? I'm taking about the ones by the turbo.
I think the torque should be low because the boat I use to work had G E Diesels and the clamps on them were 35ftlbs and it was 5,200 H.P.

The V-band clamp on the turbo is 80 inch/lbs. The regular (U-bolt) exhaust clamps should be 35 ft/lbs.
