electrical problems with 06. Smarty? batteries?

hello everyone
I had a problem last night with my 06 St Quad cab. This truck has very few options on it. Manual trans and transfer case. No power locks, windows, or mirrors, and no fancy key.
I drove it for the first time in a week last night. I took a 15min trip to dinner.
After I ate I drove about 30sec to Walgreens. When I came out of Walgreens and started the truck, as soon as it started the horn went off for about 30 seconds. The door open light was lit. Interior lights were on, Door buzzer going off, and the cargo light was on. I shut the truck off and started it back up. Drove it to the back of the parking lot. Could not get the cargo or door open lights off on the cluster. Opened and closed every door and confirmed that the cargo light was on. Pulled out my Smarty Jr. No codes. Programmed truck back to stock Program. All problems still there( the horn problem only happened one time the entire night). Drove the truck home (about 15 min). Had to turn dimmer switch all the way down to get the interior lights off. Truck drove and ran fine. Head lights and signals worked fine.

Pulled into garage and shut off truck. Key out of ignition and the problems still there. Put a meter on the battery 13.05 VDC. Disconnected batteries and hooked back up and all problems were gone. Still no codes on ECM

Do you think the Battery voltage might have been to low when I started the truck at Walgreens? Intake heaters were on. Temp outside was 41.

Do you think Smarty Jr. might have caused problem?

Only mods on truck are Smarty Jr. (70hp), MBRP exhaust, Isspro (fuel, exhaust temp, and boost gauges). Truck also has a Brake controller.

Please help.

I was wondering initially if it may have been a stuck door ajar switch making the out-of-park alarm honk the horn when you put it in reverse, then you mentioned other things like the cargo light, now this scenario doesn't seem too likely.

still having problems

I drove my truck all week on the Stock program and had no problems. I was
planning to go to the farm show in Kentuky on Saturday, so Friday night I loaded the 70hp program to do some milage checks on my way down.
When I opened my door this morning Horn went off for 30 sec. and all of the
already mentioned problems are back.
The Input to the computer that seems to be causing the problem is the drivers door switch. (I know the switch is not the problem) that is just the
Input.
Truck was in heated garage all night and voltage on battery was 12.7VDC
So I think I can rule out a battery problem.

The more i think about the first time i had the problem, I think it happened when I opened the door. Not when I started the truck. I thought someone elses horn was going off at first.

Anyhow Like the first time I could not find codes and could not reset. Pulled
both neg Bat. terminals then reconnected. problem is gone (for now)

loaded stock program And drove over 300 trouble free miles today.

I did a search of my problem and found a post called "Crazy electrical problems". Three different people are having the same problem I am with there 06. There was never a conclusion to the problem though.

None of them were running a Smarty at the time, so I would say it is safe to say Smarty is not the problem. I Guess I will have to make a appointment with the dealer so they can tell me " no problem found"
