Driver's Side Power Tow Mirror
 

O.K Broke my driver side mirror. It was power and heated. Now i need a New one. I have searched here and went to some of the recommended sites but they were not OEM direct replacements. I want an exact replacement;however I don't want to pay dealer price. The mirrors are one of the reasons i bought this truck. Please help me out.

You can just replace the mirror. I just went to the local auto body shop and they ordered one from the dodge dealer and installed it for 45.00. You cant buy it like that from dodge but the auto body shops can. Campbells auto body here in Burleson Texas did it for me.

Actually, anyone can order the glass assembly from the dealer if that is all that needs replaced. I think mine was about $38.

most of the dealers around here will not sell it that way. They will only sell the whole assembly and not just the mirror. Told them all i need is the mirror and was told this is the only way it is sold.

If it's just the glass, then you could probably go to a auto glass shop. I had to replace the little lemon shaped spot mirror on my 01 and it was only like 35 bucks installed.

I have one. Mopar still in the box. I bought the pair and only needed the right. $175 shipped paypal.

we are talking about the glass and not the whole mirror assembly itself.

The whole assembly; the glass didn't break. The plastic housing is cracked. Also i rigged it back in when the accident happened and now i can't adjust it to all the pre-set limits.
