Dressed up the Mega
Well, I finally broke down and put a new set of shoes on the mega. I think it looks pretty good.
Put a set of 35" Toyo Open Country MT's and 20" Chrome Rockstars. 2" leveling kit too.
Also swapped the black door trim for chrome and put the door handles in stainless.
Here is a before photo.

And with the goodies

Even Aiden approves!

She said shes got a couple of choice words for you when you come home.
Your mega is right at the top of my list for best looking megas Ive ever seen. I wanted to do a lift, but dont want to have issues when towing cattle trailers, gooseknecks and the 5ver I plan to buy in a bit.
In your case I could see why. Tell you what, if you want my old ones, PM, Ill give em to ya. Lil 3m and your in business.
Thanks for all the compliments fellas. It sure does look good. Actually the pics dont really do any justice to how much taller it looks. Worm can tell, cause he know how tall Aiden is though. Im anxious to see mine and his '10 side by side now...

I tell ya what you need now, I just got my hands on a Nathan Airchime K5HL train horns, for $480. Haven't installed them cause now I need to save some more for compressor kit. But that's all ya need now for your rig. I'm real excited bout it too.

Well, cosmetically, its right where I want it. Horns are a want, but not a priority.
I think the next step is to start with my big build. Im thinking that a good tranny is in order, as soon as the one I want comes available. Then its studded heads, springs, sticks, pump mods, air dog, and twins.
Its gonna be a slow build, cause its my daily driver, but those are the plans.
