if there is other people around and as soon as he waves his hand flag or whatever just go and dont stop intill he starts cring

when i do tugs i start in 1st and once get him moving i grab second gear but you have to shift darn fast

most of the time let the other guy start to pull me and then let the truck do the work but that me

PS
add weight in your bed and dont tell him you wont need any but its fun to out weight buy a 1000lbs

How much torque the Toyota makes does not matter. It is where it makes its torque vs where the cummins makes its torque!

The mass of his truck has to be at least 1000# less than yours even without any ballast, by the weight of the engine alone.

Silly kid!

It is very simple:
Dodge 3500 SRW 4x4 Laramie w/G56 = 7810 lbs.
Toyota Crewmax 4x4 Limited = 5705 lbs.
Difference = 2105 lbs.

I'd be surprised if he can even budge you with your brakes on.
Be sure to use a heavy tow strap and not a chain.
Also, make sure that you tie up at an even height.
If he ties up high, and you low, he might get enough lift on your rear axle to pull you.
If he ties low and you tie up high, he doesn't stand a chance.

well i wish you luck, win or loose wont prove who has more torque or power. Now both hook up to a trailer with 15000 lbs and take him on a tour of the hillsides. you should be heavier and have better traction so go in low and slow and drag his *** accross town.

Everyone's counting on you here at whooping up on him.... I wouldn't get overconfident... Use the advice, more weight in your truck, 4 low, 1st gear, tie high on yours and lower on his, wait until he starts to spin his tires...then pull him across the road...

Thanks a lot. Now I'll spend my whole weekend waiting for the results. So much for the excitement of college football.

This is better than Stanford beating USC (but not by much).

Thumbs up

That kid has got to be a azzclown, I would ****** the undercarriage out of his jap scrap, you are laying down 610 ft. lbs. of torque @ 1600 rpm so you don't have to do anything drastic, just hook 'em up and start pulling.

FULL PULL!!!

+1 on this one------getting the tires to hook up and his to break loose is the key-----you could drag him all the way to Canada!!!!

How 'bout this?

I had a decal made that said

"My Truck Weighs More Than Your Towing Capacity!"

Not copyrighted so do as you wish.

He was the one dumb enough to think he could pull you!

Wow... Sacramento... that's only three hours from me. I oughta go watch!!!!

Given Sac, odds are very good the Toy is 4wd. It takes a major idiot to buy a 2wd truck or SUV in NorCal, given trips to Tahoe or over Donner Summit.
