A/C Not blowing very hard

I have an 08 3500 mega cab and the a/c does not blow near as hard or cool the truck near as good as my wifes 04.any ideas??

I know that if they are just a tad bit low on Freon than it can affect cooling, mine was similar and just took a "top off" at the shop and it made a huge difference.
