A/C Compressor Problem!

My A/C compressor is leaking this clear fluid out the back (the fluid is oily, I don't know what it is). I took into the shop, they told me to replace the compressor, so I did (this was 2 weeks ago). Now it's leaking again, they are telling me it needs replacing and is not warranty item.

So, I crawled under the truck and the compressor has, what looks like two holes (one above the other) with gasket that covers both and a cover that is held in place by a 10mm screw in the middle. Well, the leak is coming from that gasket. Can I remove that 10mm bolt, clean the gasket and put some gasket seal on the gasket and reassemble (perhaps I might have to refill with lube)?

If yes, what sort of lube would I use in there? It is starting to get cold here and I can't run the defroster.

Any help greatly appreciated.

I DIDNT LOOK
but it sounds from your description that it the suction and discharge manifold/lines coming off the compressor. (the high and lo side)
if it is the oil /clear fluid you see, it is indeed oil.
and refrigerant oil is needed (a special oil)
if you remove the manifold to clean and replace washer you will
effectively remove the refrigerant charge and will need to vacuum the system and recharge it.
from your questions i would recommend you bring it to someone who has the knowledge of air conditioning systems.
or ask lots of quetions and get the tools to do it yourself.....
