It would bes best if you had a set of gages

Hi, It would be best to have a set of gages to confirm your high side pressure is in range. Confirm that you are, lubing the oring with refrigerant oil and torquing the bolt that attaches the lines to 23 Nm or 17 Ft Lbs. You may also try the R134a with the dye in it to find the leak.

HI thanks for reply yes I oiled orings and tight 20ft lbs 1 can freon ice cold then blows seals again same place behind compressor ?

is this on startup with compressor engaged? fan clutch likely the problem. when it's failing allows pressure to spike.

Possible any way be sure?truck never overheats?

You can pin out the fan clutch to verify. I don't remember what I jumped.

Mine never overheated either even in New Orleans.
