BOOM!! now what?

So I had a road reflector come out of the pavement and catch my driver's rear tire just right. Boom! @ 55mph. No problems stopping or anything. BUT... with the snow and all, it took 2 hours to get a tow truck (had to pull off the two lane road, in the snow, with no solid place to put the jack). Went to NTB. Ended up with new rugged trail spare, since they didn't have and couldn't get anything in load range E.

So here's my question. Can I drive with the new 0 mile spare on, with the other 3 tires factory Rugged Trails with 46,000 miles? I'm worried about the 1/2 inch height difference and gear boxes.

I'm looking for a place to buy tires now, since they couldn't do anything but swap out my spare for me.

if you have the limited slip rear end, put the spare up front and you will be ok. if you have the open rear diff, put the spare in any location you like.
