Blown Fuse? No power

While working on my under hood light trying replace it with a brighter LED, in the processes I accidentally shorted out the leads. I know I should have disconnected the battery.

Well now I have not only without interior lights, I can not lock the truck with the power lock switch or with the key. The console says “no fuse”. I know I’ve blown a fuse but which # fuse is it? I read the labels on the fuse box can’t figure out which one.

Please help and guide me to the right direction. I hope I did not blow something bad. Thanks.

It should be the IOD fuse. ( Ignition Off Draw ) Should have a funny yellow ( I guess some are black too ) cover/puller looking thing wrapped around it. Hope that helps.

It was #11. Could not figure out why there is a plastic cover on it. I fixed it. Thanks a lot.

The plastic cover has "handles" to remove if you are going to let the truck set for a long period. When the trucks come off the transporter, the fuse isn't installed, just "in there". The technician that does the pre delivery inspection has to push the fuse into place.
