block heater question?

Where does the cord plug in on the truck? I got a cord but can't find where it goes..

It's on the right side of the block, towards the front. There will be a plastic cap over the heater if it wasn't ordered with the cord.

Edit: slightly toward the rear from the oil filter, to be more specific.

Here Rob. I put an arrow where it is. Not the best picture. I think it has 4 prongs and my truck had a protecting cover you will to unscrew first.
