Best seat lift motor replacement 15.00..
 

Ive been posting this thread on a few forums because we've all had this problem and I found a complete replacement motor with metal gears for 14.50 + shipping cost me $20.70 total. It drops right in but you need to cut about 1 inch off the screw jack shaft.

My rear lift is toast. The upholsterer had a customer who dissected the factory motor and sourced metal screw gears. This truck gets driven by myself only and has 65K on it. Pretty weak setup.

I agree they are weak. I bought a spare one of these motors to just keep around. I dropped right in my 06', couldnt have been happier.
