The motor is going but it isn't doing anything now. I just got this truck and barely use the lumbar. I imagine they will do whatever they need to do to fix it for free on a 1 month old truck?

Mine is broken as well. It happened when the truck was only a few weeks old. Just waiting for something else to see the dealer for then I'll bring it in.

If it's manual now, it's cost. Power lumbar support has been around along time and if Dodge can't put in somthing decent that will last, it's because of Dodge, not design.

Lumbar support powered by electricity from the battery.

It is kind of like a hump in the back portion of the driver seat that goes up/down (or is it in/out? haha) I always have mine all the way up because it sort of forces you to sit upright with good posture. Whatever it is, I really like it a lot.

Re:Anyone else has busted their power lumbar?

It supports the lumbar area of your back so your back doesn't start hurting on long trips.

I'm only 160. I brought it in and they're fixing it for free *shrug*. I figure if it happens once or twice more, then I'll try to go for an 04 premium seat with manual lumbar.
