Anybody know of 05 Solar Yellow production numbers?
 

I was just curious how many solar yellow 2500 and 3500 trucks were built. From what I understand they were only built for 3 or 4 months and only sent to dealers in the western part of the country. Does anybody know where I could find this information?

I have no idea. I have seen only one in my area, Northwest corner of New Mexico.
I really, really like it. Anybody know if they have any in 06?

Buddy of mine has an 05, 2500 quad, short-box that is solar yellow...pretty sweet truck!

They made it as far east as Irvine, KY. at least.

I see one here in oregon every day he passes me on the frwy while I'm haulin fuel. I think he's a volenteer fireman. He has some emergency overhead lights & the truck is decked out to the nines.

I bought mine from a dealer in missouri in september last year. Had it shipped to me. I found one on ebay about 2 hours from here in wilkesboro, nc. dealer there said he accidentally got it in or something like that. He told me that there were very few sold around here, had to be special ordered. He sold it before I had time to go to the bank. I wanted one earlier last year and they were available to be built online at dodge's website. By the time I decided to bite the bullet and build one online around august, yellow was no longer an option. I searched autotrader.com and found the one I bought. It was almost 900 miles away but it was the closest one I could find.

I know they haven't reached us here in Hawaii, and this is as west as you can get. I'll try and ask my friend at the dealership, he's always trying to order special optional trucks to sell. The last truck he brought in was a 06 SRT-10 in a orangish metallic color.

There were a couple here in Virginia. I almost got one but it was an auto and I really wanted a 6 speed. Man that truck was sweet!!!! :cool: When it's time for paint, there may be another one here in Virginia.. [whistle]

I bought my 05 in Shreveport LA. with the sport package as you can see by my sig it was loaded pretty well I've anded the srt hood and painted the sides and frount of the scoop in black and put my sig ABB'S in the black on the sides and then we thought that insides needed a little color so we ordered some leather seat covers that are black with yellow inserts and headrest man!!! you talk about comments I get them all of the time. I've tried to put updated pics in my gallery but all that I have are of my old trk and this new one at the time I bought it. Any ideals why I can't seem to get them posted? [coffee]

I've got one bought it in Shreveport LA you can see my sig we get alot of comments on it mostly good, but you gota love that color the SRT hood and the yellow inserts and head rest on the seats really made the differance I get alot of looks going down the road:p

i know there is at least 1 in western pa

i've seen a couple in the northeast-but they were all hemi's.
