Air cond. going!
Had mine to the dealership for the exact same problems. They initially said it may be the evaporator, however, when I picked the truck up they said there was a very small, undetectable leak. They had refilled the system and installed a leak detector.
Towed this week and after 30 - 40 minutes the system was frozen up and not blowing air, even though the fan speed was set on high and the re-circ was on. Turned the AC off for 5 minutes and then back on and for the next 30 - 40 minutes we had cold air.
Back to the dealership asap. I'll try to keep everyone posted on what they find next.

Mine was low a couple weeks ago by .25 lb and I noticed that when the high pressure cap was unscrewed a noticeable pssst! I don’t really think this has to do with the passenger side blowing warm air because it got only a little better after the charge. On fresh on the highway about 58 and recirc about 48. This is one of the bad things about the Cummins-------ya gotta take the Dodge with it! Can’t wait for the new Chevy redesign!
Well my truck started doing this freezeup on the AC as well. First long trip I probably took that needed AC the whole way and about 1 hour into the run it stops blowing air. I am out of warranty (42000 miles) so this bites. Sounds like there should be a TSB for this if not a an outright recall.
Well now mine blows COLD UNTIL coming to a stop on fresh and all of a sudden PASS side vents blow ambient air.I have two ac thermometer one in d/side vents one in pass.side.The pass side climps up to near ambient like if its 93 degrees outside, inside shows high 80s.D/side stays in the 40s! Pull off and pass side starts to fall and may drop to 60 or so.On recir this dosen't happen.Passengers don't like the BLAST of hot air and neaither do I.I have no clue to whats going on.Anybody got any thoughts.Dealer acted kinda when I told them what its doing now.Its had a fin temp sensor and relocation and then found 4 ounces low on freon. Now this.
When my problem started, it was immediate. I was using the PTO on my programmer to cool the truck before I got in. I heard weird stuff going on so I went to check the cab. Not cold at all. Passenger side blew warm and the driver side was semi cool. I ran it for a week or two since I had trips planned and was not going to be without a truck. A couple times I had fog rolling out of the vents and that ice smell. If you turned up the fan, you could tell it was under a load. Sounded like it was blocked or something. I was thinking the ducting had a problem or maybe icing up. I tried the turning it off and letting it thaw but that just got the truck hot and would take forever to cool back down.
Long story short, new evaporator and wet line. Dealer caught it the first time. Frahm Dodge, Corona. They've been pretty good so far, I still have a tranny issue that I've been trying to get them to fix though. That's another thread.

update!
While driving back to Pa. from Va. finally had the opportunity to drive by my local dealer while the air was froze up. Pulled in at about 10 min. till close and said "you remember that truck you said was fine?, well come take a look at it now" He gets in and there is just a wisper of air blowing out the vents while the fan is screaming at full setting. I tell him to turn the air off and watch the buckets of water flow out while it melts down and the air volume returns to normal.
He says "well it must be that EV sensor" DUH! Tried telling him that 2 months ago while it was under warranty. I do have their paper work that proves it was in for this problem and was not fixed, so I hope they don't try to tell me that its not under warranty anymore cause I'll scream!
