Air bag light came on, horn don't work?

My air bag light came on in my 05 2500 while plowing the other night. I just noticed today that b/c of the light my horn doesn't work and i have a clicking only when I turn left. Could a wire have pulled loose and when I turn it hits something?

sounds to me like the clocking spring broke. Its a little wound spring that is in the column for running the electronics when you turn.

X2 on that, probably where the clicking noise is coming from.

if its that how hard of a fix is it?
