i was wondering if anyone has issues with the door seal on the drivers side making noise? which seal is it the top one or the lower one? i thought the newer models had this issue fixed so is it interchangeable?

Not sure about the noise, but the new improved version is interchangable. I did it on my 05, I think it was as cheap as $13 per side.

Have the same issue on the highway with wind noise.what is the part #.

If you look as you open the door the pillar rubs on the weather stip I had it replaced under a tsb or recall on my 03 gasser

I also have this rub as the door is opened. My local dealer suggested that the weatherstrip would not be covered. Any information regarding a TSB and part number would be appreciated.

I replaced mine with the 07 weatherstrip. 2 pieces on each side. works better.

Not sure on the part number, just go ask the dealership for weather stripping.

Yup, I had my drivers side door wear a couple of holes in my weather stripping. I just put up with it.
