#51 fuse keeps blowing!

I need help with this. I checked the under hood light and the radio. There are no shorts. What is the cluster that it is referring to? On the fuse box it reads cluster, under hood lamp, radio.

this is what I found. Not sure how to understand it. It looks like the fuse is for the doors?

Sounds like you have an intermittent short. Pull the fuse, place a VOM on the circuit side, Set it to chirp when continuity. Start play with the wires. I would check at the door where the wires come through the body for chaffing.

I found the issue. The DLC plug broke and it was shorting out on bare metal. Now I need to buy a new DLC plug.
