High Intensity Discharge lights
It's what you see on the newer BMW's and MB's. Intense focused light, they tend to look blue when you are looking at them coming towards you.

You don't like the blue !!??!
Go with the 3000K or 4300K then if you don't want the blue. I personally do not like the yellow even though they are brighter.

I wonder if the fogs can be converted to HID as well?
Also, has anyone tried using a Brite Box with the HID conversion? I really like how the front of the truck stays illuminated with the high beams on.

My choice
Note you can get one that will not give you a bulb out warning for a few $ more.

No, it definitely does not!
It's all about the right resistance. I will say this though, you don't want to go TOO cheap and by that I mean you don't want something for under $150. The technology is pretty well developed and low-cost solutions exist, but you will eventually only get what you pay for. I paid $299 for my Bi-Xenons which I thought was an outstanding price, and I know after having purchased many other sets from this company, that you get good quality.

Xetronic™ Digital HID Xenon < ~~~~~ That's why. It's the brand and type I want. Both lights will have the same output and color match... I feel more confident in quality and longevity.

Any ideas on whether the Brite Box can work with a complete HID conversion (making the fogs stay on with high beams)? This would truly make a nice alternative to additional off-road lights.
