3rd gen tail light grommets
Anyone ever have a problem with the plastic grommets the studs on the 06-09 tail lights fit into? I recently bought a 08 1500 to drive to and from work and noticed one of the tail light was loose. Found that the grommets were broken. Could not get new ones at Napa an the dealer said you need to buy a whole new tail light to get them...so I got on the computer and found some for cheap.
Found a box of 25 at a website called www.clipsandfasteners.com. Shipped to my door it cost me $14 and they are the exact match to what the factory installed. Part number on the website is A21213 Chrysler Tail Light Assembly Grommet. I thought I'd pass on this info to anyone that has found thses grommets broken and can't find them.
