to be 100% honest, your best bet is the dealer for pads that are going to last. my 07 mega (37"-40" tires for all its 120k mile life) had stock pads and didn't even do brakes until it had nearly 100k on it.
edit- with the 11 and having an exhaust brake, run your EB 100% of the time. serves 2 purposes.
1. keeps the slide in the turbo moving which reduces the chance of the slide becoming stuck with carbon and soot
2. extends your service brakes life allowing the engine to slow you down as much as possible

Do a search for Dodge discount parts. There's quite a few which offer 30-35% off list and no tax depending on which state you're in. I've used www.mopar4less.com with good results.
