2009 Hydraboost sysyem
 

My question pertains to the brake tube that enters the top of the hydraboost coming from the power steering pump. I have had 4 of these develop a split right at the seating flange causing a significant leak. Initially I thought it might have been a manufacturing defect but after four of them have split at exactly the same spot I'm trying to track down the issue that is causing this to happen.
-Anyone else ever experience this?
-Is this a common issue?
-Any idea what is causing the line to split around the flange?
