2007 AC Blower Fan?

2007 AC Blower Fan?
I just bought a 2007 and my Blower fan is making a hight pitched noise.
Anyone with this problem?
I have a list problems for my dealer and set the appt for next week.
1. Viberation at 55 to 65 mph.
2. Blower fan
3. AC not getting cold
4. Trans slipping at 70+ MPH
5. Request for a new truck ( priceless )
The truck only has #1600 mil on it! Is this a dodge thing?
