2005 Ram 2500 4X4 electrical issues

I have a 2005 Ram 2500 SLT 4X4 regular cab 5.9 Cummins 610. The front hubs started grinding last winter. So the truck has sat for the majority of 2015 other than starting it now and then and a few trips around the block. I was planning on rbuilding the front end when I replaced the hubs (ball joints, U-joints, shocks, steering components, etc) So after finally buying all of the parts and rebuilding the entire front end, all new brakes on all 4 wheels, and new batteries..now I have an electrical issue that I can't figure out. When I turn headlights on, the left low beam and right fog light come on. When I turn on high beams, right headlight comes on and left foglight. Parking lights come on at all 4 corners but only the right rear brake light and turn signal work. When hazards are on, only right rear illuminates. I went thru and replaced all headlights, fog lights and turn signals. Same results. I looked at all the wiring harnesses I can find. I do not see any evidence of rodents chewing on wires. Any suggestions?

Take a close look at the IPM (= PDC + FCM).
It's the ECM that drives those lights.
It's not uncommon to have corrosion on connectors behind the PDC.

Typo:
It's the FCM that drives those lights, not ECM.

In my search to solve my electrical prob. I was told that the FCM does most of the lighting on the truck thru plug C7 from the PDC...hope this makes sense

Thank you for the replies...Could someone tell me where the ECM is? LOL. I can do a good bit of the mechanical work on my trucks but I'm terrible with the electrical aspects.

On middle, left side of engine block, above oil pan.
Should be able to see it from the left front wheel well.

Try cleaning the multifunction switch (See sticky section in this section). I that doesn't fix it up, then the IPM. See may rant/info in this thread:
