Does anybody have a truck in Sport trim that has the factory 2-Din Navigation system?

Do you mean the faux carbon fiber trim around the NAV unit?

No, that's the standard SLT trim level. The faux carbon fiber is an overlay on the Laramie brushed aluminum trim. I didn't like the faux carbon fiber that much and swapped out for the brushed aluminum trim.
